The Frank Beamer Retirement Chronicles: Personal Golf Cart

The Blacksburg Don was spotted near the Magic City.

The Frank Beamer Retirement Chronicles is The Key Play's effort to chronicle Beamer's retirement adventures, encounters, and social media appearances. Complete archives.

It's been over a dang year since the last update of the Frank Beamer Retirement Chronicles, but Beamer is still ruling retirement as strong the Lannisters did the Seven Kingdoms. The latest evidence:

Beamer was in town as part of the latest Orange Bowl Hall of Fame class. Beamer guided the Hokies to four Orange Bowls appearances (1996, 2008, 2009 and 2011) and one win (20-7 over Cincinnati in 2009).
