The Schedule in 2013
The Virginia Cavaliers are ready to make some noise in the Atlantic Coast Conference this season, and Scott Stadium will be rocking all season long as this team takes the field. The Cavaliers have high hopes for the 2013 season, and fans share that sense of hope as well. Virginia has a schedule loaded with great games all throughout the season, making 2013 a great year to catch as many home contests in person as possible.
If it's been a while since you've seen the Cavaliers in action, there has never been a better time to change that, as Virginia once again has a talented team absolutely loaded with playmakers that can turn a score on a dime. Come out and see if the Cavs have what it takes to rise all the way to the top of the ACC standings in another season loaded with bench-gripping moments that you know you'll be talking about well after the final whistle.
The Cavaliers will finish out their home schedule in 2013 with a big matchup with the Virginia Tech Hokies. The rivalry between these two teams goes back a long way, and the Cavaliers know that this game means a ton to the program as a whole, as well as to the fans across the nation that support this team. If the Cavaliers can finish out the season with a big win against the Hokies, there will be reason to celebrate in Charlotesville.

The Team
The Virginia Cavaliers are an NCAA Division I football program that plays in the Atlantic Coast Confernce (ACC). The ACC is stacked with some of the top football programs in the country. The Cavaliers are always looking to finish atop the ACC standings each and every season, but it's never an easy task in such a competitive league. Virginia had a tough go of it in 2012, racking up just four victories over the course of the season, but the team is looking to rebound in a big way in 2013.
Scott Stadiumis the only place to be this season if you're a true Cavs fan, as there is nothing close to the experience of sitting with thousands of your fellow fans for all the crucial moments of a big-time matchup. Scott Stadium first opened in 1931, but underwent a major renovation in the 1990s, keeping the stadium modern and increasing the capacity to over 60,000. These days, the stands are sure to be absolutely hopping as the Cavs look to make some serious noise in the ACC.

The Experience
There is nothing better than seeing a sporting event live and in person. Sports have been a part of cultures around the world for a very long time, and spectators have always enjoyed watching athletes compete at the highest of levels. When you're there in the stands at a sporting event like this one, you're treated to seeing some of the most talented athletes in the entire world going head to head with everything on the line. There's nothing that compares to the atmosphere at a game, where you're surrounded by fans that are all there to enjoy a great spectacle of sport.
Fans of college athletics bring an intensity to the table that is paralleled by very few pro sports fans. There's something about the top level of amateur competition that really gets the crowd going. College football fans carve out their entire Saturday to celebrate all that comes with the game. These diehards are up early and off to the stadium parking lot for tailgating before the game. Once inside the stadium, they can be heard screaming their heads off for their favorite team to come out on top. It's a real thrill to be in the stands when the star player takes it into the end zone for the win.
When you head out for a big football game you're sure to experience all that comes with a gridiron clash. The parking lot at the stadium will be filled with people gearing up for the big game, grilling up some grub and sipping on a few beverages as well. It's all one big lead up to the main event, which is the game itself. It's all one great experience that really takes an entire day to appreciate, and you can be a part of it all when you head to a game.
