Rock the Cassell

On Saturday night, the energy inside of Cassell was a tangible matter; you could actually feel that the Hokies were going to win that game. After beating top-ranked Duke, the fans learned, but probably more importantly, the team learned that VT can play with anybody, and that it is just a matter of motivation for this depleted, yet talented, team.

After reaching the emotional pinnacle in basketball, it is important that the Hokies don't have a let down tonight against Boston College, because as of right now, VT will finally be asked to the big dance after three years of being picked over. Senior night will surely be emotional for Delaney, Allen, and Bell, as they have never played in the NCAA Tournament; They want this to be their last home game. And the Cassell Guard needs to help that happen. So fellow students, get there early and loud, and if the atmosphere is even half that of what it was on Saturday, Cassell will be electric for the seniors final home game.
