D.J. Coles (PCL) and Tariq Edwards (knee/shin) are non-contact, and according to HokieSports.com, "Will probably remain there for a while as the staff continues to try to get them ready for the season." Freshmen Trey Edmunds, Davion Tookes, Jarontay Jones and Zach Snell could start off in blue jerseys with hamstring issues, but, "should be full before long".
Expected starters Bruce Taylor (foot), Michael Via (knee), David Wang (foot) and Antoine Hopkins (knee), as well as Jeron Gouveia-Winslow (foot) will practice.
