Virginia Tech at Pittsburgh to Kickoff at Noon

It'll be on either ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPNU.

The other two games at that time are California at Ohio State (ABC) and Arkansas State at Nebraska. We now know the kickoff times of five games: Georgia Tech 8:00 (Mon 9/3), Austin Peay 1:30 (Sat 9/8), at Pitt noon (Sat 9/15), at Miami 7:30 (Thu 11/1), and FSU 7:30 (Thu 11/8).

The full release from ESPN with the kickoff times of 68 games is here: http://espnmediazone.com/us/press-releases/2012/06/sixty-eight-college-f....

fucking hate noon kickoffs

"It's worth it right? It's worth it to lay it all on the line for your brothers."

"That kid you're talking to right there, I think he played his nuts off! And you can quote me on that shit!" -Bud Foster (both quotes)

I won't be - I'm on west coast time now...so it'll be more around 6:30 a.m

It's an away game so a nooner isn't terrible

It'll be a sleepy atmosphere for that one. At least it isn't a home game.

This is weak sauce

Although I now want to attend. WHO'S COMING WITH ME?

I've got about 7 people

There are about 7 of us that are planning on going to this game. Still need to get tickets but probably going to get them through Pitt's ticket office since they are cheaper. Any thoughts on the best place to park and where to tailgate?

How much are...

How much are the tickets through Pitt? Are they through the school or the Steelers? My friend went to WVU (he's a bitch) and would always to go the Eat Shit Pitt game. Said it was never crowded and scalping was no problem.I was probably going to do that. Anyone have any experience doing that at the Ketchup bottle?

Tickets are from $35-60

It's $35 for tickets in most sections which will be the price for the Visitor's section. Then it's $40 for better seats and $45-60 is season ticket holders and club seats. Definitely going to need people to tailgate with though for whoever is interested.

i'm in for two

me and the wife will be making the trip. would love to tailgate with you all.

Regarding Beer at 8:30 AM!

Skip it, Mix up a Bloody Mary and throw in a nice Dill Pickle! It is Hienz Field!

Stop it with the Negative Waves!

I'm happy with this one, get to actually have a Hokie watching party here in Germany!

Side note, anyone live/know any hokies in Charleston SC? I'm moving back!

Charleston Hokie Here

We have a pretty good alumni chapter here. About 30 or so hokies are at the Mellow Mushroom on King Street (co-owned by a hokie) for games. Check it out when you get back; I'll see you there
