Which rankings do ESPN use on their ticker?

Because, really, is there any other point to pre-BCS rankings?

They use AP, I believe.

In Tyrod we trust.

25th in USA Today and would be 30th in the AP. And yeah, I think they use the AP.

How would you guys rank the top four?

Both polls have Bama, Oregon, LSU, FSU one through four. I strongly believe Alabama has earned first place. They've dominated all challengers, are defending champions, and have the best coach in the game. Oregon made a strong case after dismantling Arizona, but I can't help to remember how slow the blur looked against SEC defenses. LSU struggled to put Auburn away, but winning on the road, at night, in the SEC isn't trivial. FSU might have the best resume win of any team in the country.

My top four:

1. Bama
2. / 3. Oregon / FSU
4. LSU

Beat Alabama.

1. Notre Dame 2. Bama 3.

1. Notre Dame
2. Bama
3. Oregon/FSU
5. LSU

at 4-0, Notre Dame has clinched a spot in the National Championship game right?

LSU is not that good.

They looked awful against Auburn, their offense is capped at 3 yards per play. Not only is UGA better, SoCar is better and UF is probably better. LSU is the fifth best team in their conference....

1. Bama
2. FSU
3. UGA
4. Oregon

Honestly, I know there is a joke about ND right below this....but they are good. (Although Michigan is awful. I bet Brady Hoke is secretly celebrating the day Shoelace is gone.)

SEC bias...

How on earth did LSU get a 1st place vote???
