He probably input them manually in Edit Coach option. I do that with the VT coaches usually.
I think there are downloadable rosters. Maybe that's what it is.

For PS3 check Volfan13 (if the name is not right then I can it from my file save)- great roster minus the equipment/appearance. No one I know actually does EVERYTHING because it is so much work. The ratings seem to be accurate for the most part.

When I did a dynasty in 2012, UVA's head coach was fired at the end of the 2013 season.

He didn't make it to the second season in any of my dynasties I've done (he went 2-9 in most). In my main SEC dynasty, Saban gets canned from Bama in year four and they hired Jimbo Fisher. Saban ended up as the DC at Michigan/later HC at WVU. I will say I enjoy the coaching carousel because most of it is so off the wall but really great fun to see the most ridiculous "what ifs."

Love it! In mine, Stiney got the HC position at Pitt after Chryst was fired in my sixth year. I subsequently hired Chryst as my OC for the SEC East (also runs power sets). Also, Bud got the Michigan State HC job and won consecutive B1G titles with one Rose Bowl win. I won't play MSU out of respect...and fear, even in a video game.
