Weekly Weather Report....Spring edition

Hello again fellow key players, its been far to long since ive done a weekly forecast and Im happy to start getting back into the swing of it with our hokies. Spring football is coming to a close, but not before the biggest scrimmage of the season rolls around with our annual spring game. Now I have absolutely no idea how beamer plans on running the game or anything of the sorts, and I also will not be able to attend the game as I will be out of town for my brothers bachelor party.so I expect some damn good updates!!!! Regardless I come bearing good news, and bad news.

Well start with the bad news, unfortunately I cant really bash our opponent this weekend.seeing as we are our own opponent (wow say that 5 times fast) I can say however, we will probably have more fans at our spring game than all three of our biggest rivals put together (mostly because UVA fans and GT fans apparently are the most apathetic and horrendous fans in the history of forever), I couldnt find Miamis exact spring game numbers but it didnt look to particularly full and lets face it, ive seen high school teams with more support than UVA and GT at their respective spring games. They also cant use that whole weather thing as an excuse because honestly they had two of the more beautiful days weather wiseI guess their fans just suck like.REALLY hard so that is my issued challenge to our fan base! Beat Miami, and in doing so beat Miami GT and UVAs combined spring game attendance records.

Also theres a little more bad news, theres a front coming through bringing some bad weather and potential for some thunderstorms (nothing to particularly extreme) Friday night. Youll start to see it develop Thursday afternoon in the Midwest as it sweeps into ohio, most of the heavier and more extreme convective potential looks like its going to dump out in ohio and Tennesse. By the time it reaches us it looks like it will be nothing more than some rain, with a slight potential for some thunderstorms. However it will saturate the ground and definitely rain enough to make things a little wet Saturday morning. However it should have cleared out and will be on its way to VA beach by Saturday morning-early afternoon so there is good news!

Saturday should be absolutely glorious. As the high pressure system forces its way into our area, its gonna just hover right in our region. We should be looking at a sunny day with a little bit of cloud cover. Expect temperatures to climb up to a really comfortable 73 degrees before dropping down to a cool 52 that night. Things could however be a little muggy, with the ground as wet and saturated as it is from the night before this heat could result in a little bit of humidity. However it shouldnt be to bad, I wouldnt expect to strong of winds for the kicking game either with winds heading to the southeast and staying rather minimal throughout the day gusts up to around 8 MPH seem to be a trend in the models however winds can be a tad fickle. However it seems that once again mother nature is smiling down on hokie football and is promising us yet another beautiful day as far as weather goes!

How this will play out on the field
I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE! Seeing as we dont even know how the spring game is going to be played out and if theyre going to be adding any specific special rules for the play calling your guess is as good as mine as to what happens on Saturday.maybe a heaping helping of marshawn Williams and bucky hodges?! Time will tell regardless weather wont effect the players to much
