Teams with the most Blue Chip Recruits on Roster in ACC

This is an interesting article showing how many 5 and 4 star recruits (aka blue chip recruits) each ACC team has on roster:

Which ACC Teams Have The Most Star Recruits?

They've VT ranked 4th but looking at the numbers VT has the same number of 5 and 4 star recruits as Miami which is 3rd. The list starts off as most would expect with FSU leading the way followed by Clemson. Of course everyone can see that LOLUVA performs a lot worse than their recruiting rankings would indicate ranked as 5th most talented roster. I feel like Louisville without Bridgewater and with a roster that talent wise looks similar to Pitt could take a bit of a fall playing ACC opponents every week.

Even though recruiting isn't where anyone wants it to be but this shows an overall view that VT's roster is still at the top of the coastal according to recruiting rankings. Of course stars aren't everything but it is a good indicator of performance for the most part. Hopefully VT can get Sweat and a few other blue chippers this year.

Tweedy can run like a dadgum antelope or whatever. I like to use scalded dog. Do antelopes lumber? Cheetah, OK. He runs like a cheetah. He's fast. - Bud Foster
