potential for more snow

well....to put it lightly.....shit

while its a really far look ahead and I hate doing forecasts well over a week ahead however I just wanted to give you guys the heads up seeing as this weekend is going to be absolutely insane for me. anywho, this thing is starting to look a lot like the mondo storm we got a few weeks ago (ya know the one that dropped like 20" on us). anywho we have a low developing off the gulf coast that should pick up a lot of moisture and a low coming in from those pesky Canadians that will bring PLENTY of cold air don't you worry about that. things are shaping up for some potential next week fersure but until we wait a little bit and see where the low develops we wont know exactly if its going to hit. Up to this point my Euro overlord and several other models have the system moving off the atlantic coast thank god but at least expect some cool temperatures and a nice drizzle (probably like Tuesday night into Wednesday).

As it gets closer and if it looks more threatening expect more updates and snowfall expectations from me. As of now most models are pointing for just significant precipitation in the florida and southern Georgia area so if you are in that area expect some rain early next week for everyone up here I wouldnt hold my breath just yet but there certainly is some potential for it. I know I keep saying this is winter's last gasp so im gonna stop jinxing it and just say winters here for the next millennium... we're totally making up for some good luck with football game weather now (aside from the marshall game I suppose)

there is good news however, expect temperatures to be glorious this weekend like we're talking 50's and 60's...so yeah go outside and do stuff before it gets cold again and enjoy it while you can!!!!
