We will always, at a minimum, have Beamer Way as a reminder of the Great One and maybe someday, a statue outside of Lane. But the little things sometimes linger on after a long tenure has come to an end. There has been, until just recently, a Lewis Gale billboard coming down Brush Mountain on 460E with Frank on it and captioned with him as the VT head football coach. Maybe it had to contractually stay there until now. Then just this morning, I was in the Directv guide for channel 7 and under the listing for Sunday's "Virginia Tech Sports Today", they had his name in the description.
