Meanwhile in Jacksonville, Florida, Holmon Wiggins and Charley Wiles stopped by to check in on 2016 Florida WR commit Rick Wells. Wells will visit Virginia Tech on January 22. Wells attends Raines HS, the same as Tech 2016 DE target JaQuan Bailey.
New Jersey tight end Jovani Haskins told me via text message both Brad Cornelsen James Shibest were in to visit him.
Torrian Gray will visit Virginia Tech commit Reggie Floyd at his home on Sunday.
2017 Indian River wide receiver / safety Devon Hunter recently spoke with Justin Fuente and Torrian Gray. According to Hunter, Gray explained he had a great chance to come in and start his freshman year, and the Tech staff feels like he can help rebuild the Hokies and become national champions.
