Glennon was talking about how the offense never had the mentality when he was there, that the offense needed to go out and score to win the game (it was brutal to hear). The mentally was to score and then let the defense win you the game.
He then started talking about Evans and how he is used to throwing 5 TDs a game. Evans basically was quoted as saying that the current team is not used to scoring as much. Evans is bringing a mentality of the offense is going to try to score every time they hit the field.
