- I watched much of the UT vs Florida game and while I find Butch Jones a meathead, he, his staff, and/or his players have no problem looking adversity in the face and spitting on it this season
- UGA has OL, DL, QB and WR question marks, seems like Mark Richt had lost control of that roster. Maybe him landing in Miami was the smart play

- Michigan's Jabrill Peppers, LB/DB/PR/WR/SLASH is as good a football player as ANYONE in the country and he's only a sophomore. He's a magnet for the football
- No sleeping on Wisky anymore. Sure the LSU win doesn't look as impressive now, but the Badgers just depants'd Sparty and appear to be getting better each week. Could Paul Chryst be bringing back the glory years of Bert without the attitude and the nightly 2 cases of Bud Light?
Pick: Wisconsin keeping it within a touchdown. Michigan can't blast everyone, right?

- Ole Miss's schedule this year is brutal. FSU, SEC West, UGA and their one gimme game is vs an explosive Memphis squad. The SEC scheduling memo must have been lost on Freeze's desk as he was looking over all those NCAA allegations
- Memphis out here boat racing teams like Fuente was still the head coach. Good on Memphis for the good hire and continued success, but let us Hokies sit back and smile at groundwork Coach Fu did there

- Remember when Deshaun Watson was the best QB in college. Good times. Now it's all Lamar, all the time. Winning is obviously very important to Watson, but it's hard to be that good without an ego too. These guys want to be the best ... will that lead him to perform or press?
- This is the biggest game in Louisville football history. This not hyperbole. Win this and all the Cards have a layup drill until late November when they travel to Houston or when Petrino rides his motorcycle to Baton Rouge with 3 games left in the season
Pick: Clemson as a homedog, this year? Yeah, give some of that. Death Valley is going to be electric and DC Brent Venables is going to scheme a way to slow down or confuse Jackson just enough.
