Just like at the beginning of the year is all about conference strength, the end of the year is all about Bowl Strength, And the only way VT can have the best Bowl strength (and possibly be in line for the O-Bowl) Is for NC St to lose this week, and Miami and Clemson to make it to the Playoff.
