OT: 2019-20 EPL Discussion Thread

All the fixtures have been released for the upcoming campaign. I figured it would be a perfect time to start a new thread for everyone to talk about the things they like and hate about their respective schedule for the season.

I for one am dreading October and May:

October:
Saturday 5 – Leicester City (H)
Saturday 19 – Manchester United (A)
Saturday 26 –Tottenham Hotspur (H)

May:
Saturday 2 – Arsenal (A)
Saturday 9 – Chelsea (H)
Sunday 17 – Newcastle United (A)

If we win our first Premier League title, it'll be a tough road towards the end of the season.

Chelsea seems to have a tough first 6 matches.

Expect Manchester City to be the early leader with a favorable schedule. Their first five games are against West Ham, Tottenham, Bournemouth, Brighton and Norwich. That should be four wins, maybe five. [Info from CBSSports]

The first Liverpool vs. Manchester City match will be at Anfield on the weekend of Nov. 9. The Reds will then visit the Etihad on April 4. [Info from CBSSports]

And last but not least, West Ham have been drawn to each of Premier League "Big Six" opponents on the opening day of the last 6 seasons:

2014/15: vs. Tottenham (H)
2015/16: vs. Arsenal (A)
2016/17: vs. Chelsea (A)
2017/18: vs. Man United (A)
2018/19: vs. Liverpool (A)
2019/20: vs. Man City (H)
