Here's the situation: Swofford has announced that Notre Dame will be joining the ACC as a full football member and has appointed you to figure out how to fix the divisions and improve the schedule to make sure each team plays every other with relatively high frequency. You can create whatever divisions or schedule fixes you want, swofford is completely on board. You just have to keep key rivalry games (not the current pretend cross division "rivalry" games).
