So...this is...interesting. Chris Claybrooks is a current student and WR at Memphis. Memphis has evidently offered Claybrooks' son (who can't be more than 5 years old) a scholarship.
Truly blessed and proud of my son Christopher Claybrooks getting his first offer from the university of Memphis by @Coach_Norvell so thankful to be apart of this wonderful University and programπ π #GTG pic.twitter.com/hnT9OhGFKsβ allaroundclay (@ChrisClaybrooks) November 14, 2019

Easy to make promises when you know you won't be around to honor them, i guess?
If this news spreads just a little it's going to get memed to death.
Is there more story here? Like a "Make A Wish" situation?
Picture of the kid in a Ducks uniform when offered by the Tigers?
with a Titans watermark on the picture to boot!
Kid probably plays for a team called the Ducks in a pee wee league called the Tiny Titans or somesuch. Nothing weird about that.
We good?
Like all of the 13 year old AAU stars that offers get rescinded, this one probably will too.
it's because they get passed on the depth chart
Plaid it. Do it now.
I can't be the only one that is less inclined to upvote something when these comments follow it.
Plaid this now.
This deserves to go plaid.
especially when it's a comment that's at like +16 and not anywhere close.
I just do whatever I am told. Upvote.
Yep. All of them
Norvell must've attended the Jim Harbaugh school of recruiting.

Pretty soon the bag men are going to be middle schoolers
Sure, but is it committable?
