I'm telling myself they are giving everyone a chance to find some jobs before they can them.
That seems like the most likely thing. Beamer doesn't want to embarrass anyone, so I wouldn't be surprised if they have a couple weeks to find another job. But I really hope he's been having conversations with other coaches to replace them during the last month.
Beamer = Total Class Act.
Wish some of his detractors at FireStinespring would recognize this from time-to-time.

Can't think of a better way to send out friends who just aren't getting the job done than by letting them take other jobs and "pursue different challenges and opportunities" instead of simply firing them. Not many coaches like Beamer out there.
PLEASE!!! No better way to get back at JMU for 2010, than by giving them our O-Line coach!
