Demitri Knowles Will Start at Flanker

Knowles had been previously listed as co-No. 1 flanker with Dyrell Roberts.

Dyrell or Marcus? I say we just start Fuller and Knowles.

After the video that just started circling around, I'm gonna have to say that Marcus will be on the bench.

"Go Hokies!" - Thomas Jefferson

As damning as that video is, Dyrell shortarming that potential touchdown pass and making no efffort to get open the rest of the game.

Five star get after it 100 percent Juice Key-Playing. MAN

And there wasn't anything new in that video...

...that the Coaches haven't been seeing the whole year.

That video gets the fans riled up, but the coaches and the scouts already know that particular truth. The problems is that Dyrell is actually worse, at least Davis makes plays.

This is a transparent

ploy to get Marcus to play harder when he starts the second series. Nothing more.

I think you mean "second play"... Wasn't Knowles or Fuller supposed to be starting against FSU or Miami?

Start Knowles and Fuller. This is the key difference between our offense and our defense. Bud Foster has never been afraid to make changes to his defensive personel when necessary and will bench guys if they don't play hard enough. On offense we keep playing guys like Marcus Davis just because they have talent, but if they're not giving it their all then they shouldn't be in the game. Knowles and Fuller have been clearly the two best receivers on our team. Knowles is really coming along well and always plays hard, same goes for Fuller.

Rip his freaking head off!

Remember when JGW started in 2012?

Me neither.

I agree....

I agree with everything you said except Foster will not take out fucking Kyle Fuller, I dont know how many times he has gotten beat this year.

There are wolves and there are sheep, I am the sheep dog

For what it's worth, Fuller is gutting it out on half a shoulder and at a relatively new position. He played Nickel / Whip the last two years. There's no depth at corner.

When can we stop saying Marcus Davis has "talent" (sometimes it looks like he forgets how hands work) and start saying "man this guy can really put up good numbers in relatively meaningless combine drills".

Hahaha..apparently you haven't been paying attention to our lack of db depth... Who should we replace fuller with?

Too Late

Dyrell hasnt been as bad as Marcus but they both have not lived up to expectations...At this point who cares the time to make a change was 4 weeks ago when the problems were pretty apparent. At this point we probably arent going to a bowl game and all we have to look forward to is next year...It seems that every 4 or 5 years we get a senior class that doesnt live up to expectations and we have a bad year and next year we bounce back...Hopefully next year the team is hungry

A new hope

Dyrell has been much worse than Marcus.

At least Davis makes plays. Dyrell's blocking is every bit as bad if not worse, and he seems to have forgotten to actually catch the ball and make plays.

lost hope

I for one had lots of hope for Dyrell this year but he has really let us down. In his career he has truly made clutch catches and some unbelievable grabs. I wonder what happened? Could he be afraid of injury? Could it be that his chemistry with Tyrod was so much better? Who knows.

Great news!

Looking forward to watching this Bohemian run up and down the field for the next 3 years.

I'm not quite sure how Demitri's blocking has been so far, but his route running has improved, he's not lazy, he can catch, and he gets open!

I agree that Fuller and Demitri are our best receivers. Funny, because at the beginning of the year who expected these two would get the playing time they've gotten? They definitely earned it though.
