Top-Ranked Dual Threat 5-Star QB Torrance Gibson names VT in top 15

Ranked by order, VT is 12th on his list.

If you'll remember, VT offered Gibson around the same time last year as his teammate, Isiah McKenzie, whose moniker of "the human joystick" proved doubly true in the recruiting process as he juked out of both an Ole Miss and VT offer and ultimately signed a NLI to Georgia.

According to 24/7, Gibson is a 6'4", 200 lb. prospect who runs a 4.50 forty.

In his junior season for American Heritage High School in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Gibson rushed and passed for over 1,000 yards in each category, racking up a total of 2896 yards on the season. He averaged 206.9 yards per game.

It will be an uphill battle for Tech to reel him in, as most 'experts' have him tabbed to either UT or Ohio State.
