OT: Witcher 3

Did anyone pick the game up yesterday or plan on doing so today? I bought it for my Xbox One (my ps4 has been getting all the love as of late) yesterday and I figure TKP has got to have some gamers amongst us, and this is pretty hot right now in the gaming community.

I'm still getting the hang of everything, as this is the first in the witcher series for me, but the first thing that I noticed was that I was thrown off by the games mechanics, the character feels almost... weightless at first (it's hard to describe, almost as if he's moving too fast). Now this might be attributed to me playing a crap ton of GTAV recently (which moves stiff and like you're walking in water), but it was pretty noticeable/bothersome for a while there. Now that I've put a few hours in and gotten used to it, it's somewhat tolerable. Other than that, I find the game quite enjoyable. I can see myself getting wrapped up in almost too many side quests and losing another 400 hours of my life (thank you Skyrim!)

The graphics are pretty good, although I do find them to be a little cartoony at times (similar to fable). But, my goodness, the cutscenes are freakin' gorgeous.

The combat and alchemy...well, it's still trial and error for me right now, but I'll get it down soon enough.

What are your guys/gals thoughts?
