I don't have a clue where someone finds this type of consultant so thought I would give it try here. This would be for the Alexandria area of Virginia: My husband is in need of someone to evaluate the size of the water meter/inlet water pipe coming into a small business property. The place was originally a laundromat but not any more. The city of Alexandria currently slaps on a huge flat fee per month based on the size of the incoming water pipe.
