Paging all Salesforce Admins! Would you mind helping a fellow Hokie?
I accepted a new position at a software company that is built on top of Salesforce. As a result, I am currently working towards my Salesforce Admin Certification. My company signed me up for a Pro Pack course so I've been studying using that and the Trailheads. I'm approaching the end of the 6 week course and I then I can take my exam at anytime. As of right now I feel very unprepared even though I've been keeping up with the coursework.
Is anyone out there a Salesforce Admin? If so, what did you do to prepare outside of the Trailhead modules and practice test? Any tips or tricks for taking the exam? I've heard mixed reviews about taking it at home vs. going to a testing center.

I don't know about the certs and the tests and what not.
I recruit IT for US Postal and I can tell you right now that you need to get Salesforce Development experience. That's where all the money is.
100% agree with you there, but I'm not a developer so that wouldn't be useful for me.
