Rarely am I a blame the ref guy but yeah, that's fully on the refs. Especially with the circumstances of impending fourth down. HE WAS JUMPING.

I don't advocate for abusing refs, but that call deserves it. Abuse the ACC too. This roughing the passer shit has gone too far.
