I was wondering where that rumor started. I lived in Pritchard my freshman year and I heard that story my first night there. Later in the semester, me and my roommate got hammered on Hooch one Tuesday night and stumbled up to the top floor feeling duty bound to toss the vending machine out to keep the legacy going. After about fifteen minutes of drunk grunting and cussing we realized that the window was way too small now for that and we gave up. We were not very smart that night......

Whether you think this needs to be a law or not is irrelevant to the situation. It is a law and against school policy, if you choose to break those rules and laws, you know there are consequences. The crime is not a big deal, but the consequences are. If you do choose to risk your enrollment in a major university and on a big time football team to smoke some weed, which Im sure thousands around the country do, don't do it in a matter you can get caught. Kids in college are gonna smoke, whatever, not the best idea but don't freaking put yourself in a situation to get caught. That's not that hard. For anyone who doesn't blame the players, and blames the law, that attitude is what is wrong with this country. Not every law is a good one, but you know when you get caught breaking it what the consequences are going to be. If you are in a school with as strict a policy as VT has when it comes to this, it is simply not worth it. These are two very good players who I'm sure are good kids as well, who will get it together and be fine, but this is a hard lesson to learn. Not a position anyone wants to be in.

Not a great draft class for VT this year (sans Kendall), but we are represented well for guest pickers. Bruce announced the bills pick and Antonio Freeman made the packers selection.

E$PN + NFL = $$$$$$$. Who cares about the players as long as the sponsors get their payday? I can recall this was the case in years past, so I stopped watching after Kyle Fuller got drafted. I'll follow the ticker online or Twitter but it bores me to death trying to watch.

If Kendall doesn't go to the Panthers I'll consider this draft a bust.

Not really, but that's the ultimate best result. Should that happen, I probably won't care about the rest of the draft.

How many people are able to retire at the age of 25-30. ? Take your 2 mil or whatever and get another paying job , then you do not have to live on 36,000 a year. I do not feel their pain!

Biggest difference was not with RB, but QB. Our back up had more carries than their starter with maybe one fifth of the plays.
