In my dream scenario (#5), Duke loses next two and VT wins. Causes me the least anxiety and doesn't matter what any other team does. Most likely it will come down to the last play of the Duke-UNC game.
I'm not a trainer but Kyle playing: CB, Whip, playing up near the LoS, playing physical, not getting many snaps off due to lack of depth (at Whip), and then having to play numerous roles on specials teams had to have upped the likely hood he would wear down or get injured.
He was awesome when healthy.

If I were going to rape a girl these days, I'd probably wear a body condom. Because I've seen CSI and I know how it goes down... one public hair and I'm freaking DNA'd up. DNA by itself just means they had sex. If he denied the sex and the DNA shows up thats a problem for his credibility.
The emerging problem for Jameis is that it looks like FSU or someone affiliated (could be the po po) tried to railroad this thing and may have even settled this with the girl's family. If this becomes public perception which it is heading that way, I see about a 20% chance Jameis sees the postseason. FSU needs to get out in front of this thing but they really can't unless the police department gets their act together.
He'll probably be back next fall, but in the meantime, we're going to see continued FSU affiliated leaks about the girl and thats just going to increase the pressure on the DA and FSU to respond.
Bobby B woulda signed a few autographs and and aw shucksed this thing into a non-story already. The world seems to have changed for BobbyB and his breed and Jameis is a guy this new breed of Americans like to see fall.
Will be interesting to see. College football doesn't really seem threatened by the helmet issues, the repeated flaunting of the NCAA, the revenue sharing issues, etc. They keep mishandling this and the public opinion is going to start to cause a problem. I keep looking for Twitter and those types of new media sites to be utilized to put pressure on advertisers, affiliated groups etc. We've seen it a little bit in the rape cases of football player sons of small town officials. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't start to see more virtual communities start to put pressure on these cases. This wouldn't have even come up it appears if it weren't for TMZ. There are a whole bunch of scooped reporters probably trying to get the next big news item, for sure.

It's great as an inside joke and a great video for the stadium, but literally no one outside of VT will understand it or think it's funny. It's also a poor time to try to feature horses on helmets, since the UVA mascot, you know, rides out on a horse. Imagine the punchlines...
This has a similar feel as when Ole Miss decided to change their Old South mascot Colonel Reb and Admiral Ackbar gained a lot of steam amongst the student body.
Regardless, this would be an embarrassment, plain and simple.
Next thing you know, we're going to see a petition for paper airplanes on a helmet.
He is one of the toughest Tech players of all time, if not the toughest. I have no doubt that if he plays the bowl game, a Hokie win is entirely possible.

Scenario 7 is best Scenario. Virginia Loses. Miami loses. It's all perfect. Scenario 6 is my second choice.

For every scenario except the five way tie, VT needs to beat UVA + a Duke loss + either another Duke loss or a Miami loss.
If Duke loses two, VT wins all of the ties among 3 loss teams.
If Duke only loses one, we need Miami to lose to drop out of the tie.
If both Duke and Miami win this weekend, then we need Duke to lose to UNC, which would at minimum set up a four way tie that VT wins. If Miami wins out, VT wins the five way tie.
I work in an office by myself, so the only person that I get to have extended conversations with is myself. The worst thing I usually say to myself is "Why did you spend all that time on TKP??!! You had so much other things to do!"
My father always says "Talking to yourself isn't a problem. It's only when you start answering yourself that trouble starts." So, following dad's advice I don't answer the question and pull up TKP.
Innocent until Proven Guilty. That's my stance. That's how the American Legal System is intended to work.
