It's that time of year again. Football news is thin outside of recruiting until spring ball ramps up, basketball is in full swing, and spring sports are preparing for competition. The annual Baseball Night in Blacksburg has been announced again. For those of you that don't know this is a fundraising event for the baseball team that also gives attenders a chance to mingle with coaches and players. Your ticket gets you dinner, a chance to hear the guest speaker, and some Hokie swag (usually a champion brand jacket). The event is in Lane Stadium. I have attended twice before and will be there again this year. For those of you that are still students you can win two free tickets if you join the Student HokieClub, which is also free.
