OT: Supreme Court to Weigh Reviving NCAA's Athletic Scholarship Caps

I know this topic definitely skirts the content line here, but I believe it is topical to the general content of this website.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court granted certiorari to hear the two cases between Shawne Alston, formerly a running back at West Virginia, against the NCAA and the AAC.

The athletes argue that their requests "simply enables individual schools and conferences to compete among themselves," while the NCAA argues that such changes will blur the line between amateur and professional athletes.
