Lewis is back from his Olympic redshirt, and is actually wrestling yesterday and today in the rtc cup, along with Walz and Green. Not his best weekend, but hopefully it's just rust/covid conditioning.
Lighter weights should be tough this year. We get an upgrade in 3 of the 4 lower weights from last year.
Latona had a fantastic redshirt year last year at 125, including a win over the eventual acc champ from nc state. He's capable of contending for aa honors.
Korbin Meyers should be back at 133 from his injury last year. If he's healthy, he's another borderline aa guy.
At 141, Mitch Moore transferring hurts, but Colin can hopefully make a jump from his freshman to sophmore year. He wrestles a lot of guys tough, but just didn't seem to come away with a win very often last year. If not him, Sam Hillegas is a blue chip recruit who may be able to contribute as a true freshman. Probably no aa here, but we have guys that can contribute in duals and at the acc tournament.
At 149, Bryce is a freaking stud. Might be the most exciting wrestler we've ever had to watch. Some of those big moves can get him in trouble sometimes, but the sky is the limit for him.

Thanks Musky !
Robie doing an amazing job with this program.
Wow, only 10 matches before the ACC tournament. Guys typically have 25-30 matches before the tournament.
I am excited to see Mekhi defend his title and for Bolen to get a shot at one as well.
I'm ready. Look out for my wrestling thread tomorrow👀
It's really nice having non-football sports available to give us some bright spots this year.
And there's no coverage anywhere else for them like TKP.
