Yahoo! is no longer running College Football leagues, so I started a (hopefully) fairly standard keeper league on Fantrax. You will have to set up a Fantrax account to play.
It's an open league, so if you know anybody who is interested in joining, feel free to pass along the link (There's a maximum of 12 teams).

In short, mostly standard settings:
0.5 PPR
1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 W/R/T Flex, 1 W/T Flex, and 1 DST
The Current Power 5 & Notre Dame (65 Teams, although I'm open to running a F*** the SEC format if anybody is interested)

However the app rating (at least for the iPhone) appears to be a bit lackluster. The computer will auto-draft for you if you're not available for draft day, but based on the user reviews, it is recommended not to try and draft from your phone.
Update: Currently we have 4 teams signed up (with a league max of 12). I am planning on making the league public later tonight if we aren't approaching at least 10 teams.
I couldn't find any good bye week schedule for the college football season. I made some bye week schedules up for use in case you like to have one handy for the draft:
As a note of caution- UCLA has two bye weeks scheduled this season (Week 2 and Week 10)
