Thanks to the kick in the groin we gave ourselves last week I've already slipped back in to a state of ambivalentness (at best... if that's even a word). I'm looking over the schedule and we could easily win or lose every game based on how this team is playing. On one hand its exciting to think that we could win out. On the other, we've had way too much recent experience with hope and promise quickly turning in to steaming pile of stuff being reflected in the "L" column. Normally (last 5+ years) I'd say I'm still in, but with the general lack of improvement that EVERY team is supposed to see between the first few weeks (i.e., why haven't we improved with penalties), the RB by committee approach, and Frank's exhibition comments (the final dagger for me), I'm at a point where football on Saturday's will be something I watch if I can find time, instead of scheduling my Fall around VT's schedule.
