Jay Payton is a big, athletic, somewhat under the radar, linebacker prospect that's visiting Virginia Tech's camp this weekend.

Via Chris Horne, Payton graduated from Archbishop Carroll (DC) in the spring, is now enrolled at Atlanta Sports Academy, and is looking to enroll in college in Jan. '14. 247Sports lists him with Virginia Tech, UNC, Southern Illinois, and Wake Forest offers.
