Due to anticipated high demand for tickets to the Hokies' game at Old Dominion on Sept. 22 in Norfolk, an order limit has been set at four tickets per account and tickets will only be offered to the top 1,000 Hokie Club members. Tech will only receive approximately 1,500 total seats available for distribution via this process due to the limited capacity of ODU's Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium.

I have been wondering about this for a while now. I had assumed a limit would be placed on the number of tickets per order but I did not anticipate the allotment would be so small or that only the top 1000 Hokie Club members would even have a chance at the tickets. I think it's a measly allotment considering the number of alumni and fans in the area. For the Hokies to play in a stadium that small I would have expected a better agreement for visitor tickets.
