Trunk or Treat at noon, followed by building our socially distant trick or treat candy slide, and kickoff. I'll be out at halftime with the kiddos. We got a skeleton, 2 zombie cheerleaders, and I'll be that pink bear from Fortnite.
Got leftover golf outing beer to get me through the day! Let's go!

CT scan and MRI midday followed by filling up a couple growlers at Red Tank brewery then into the recliner for the game. Probably a variety of some steamed dumplings for food.

Nice I was out Red Tank way this morning. Took a nice slow ride around on a chilly autumn day. Moon roof popped open with the heat on, down through Holmdel and Lincroft into Red Bank and out towards Sandy Hook and up and around towards home. Stopped at Carton Brewing in Atlantic Highlands to pick something up

I am just trying to exorcise the ghosts of football games past and all these articles here ain't helping. Pass the Jim Beam Black, I couldn't get a priest to come.

Hunted the morning. Passed a decent 6 point twice, too far to drag anything but a trophy. Carving pumpkins, eating candy, and drinking beer and bourbon with the fam all afternoon. I probably won't watch the game. Hoping for a good football report later this evening. Go Hokies!

Its nice except that we bought it to be a rental so lots of work right now. Its really coming together. New fire pit we built Duke game weekend, couches coming next couple weeks. We are trying to get it ready to rent for the spring, so until then we are using it a bunch.

Oh man. I would not want to be a landlord or rental owner. Of course, I live in The People's Republic of New Jersey where renters have a 6 foot thick book of rights and the owners have almost no ability to kick out squatters or deadbeats.
Hope it works out well for you wherever you are located.

Chillin at home. Per the usual, I've got a few different strains to sample throughout the duration of the game. And some beer that I might get into should things go south.

Working in the wood shop finishing up a house project I've left hanging far too long while I wait for a brisket to finish. Then my parents and brother and his wife are coming over for BBQ and trick or treaters. Looking forward to a relaxing day regardless of the outcome of the game. Cheers everyone!

Watching from home. HokieEnginerd is finishing up his pumpkins (I helped by gutting them... He did all the hard work. Taking mini LancerHokie out trick or treating towards the end of the game. HokieEnginerd is sitting outside with the fire pit and his pumpkins. We are hanging our candy on our crepe myrtle tree. Making meatball subs for supper. Drinking the normal--- captain and coke. π

Played 18 this morning (after a 90 minute frost delay), will get a walk & light workout in, followed by some traction (cervical stenosis is not fun), then have the game cued up on YouTubeTV. If I'm sober enough afterwards, will head out to have some tapas & wine at the place where my daughter works.

Did my usual get up at 5-something AM to make sub sandwiches for the Knights of Columbus. Giving out candy (~35 kids so far) while watching Iowa State-Kansas. Will have one of those aforementioned subs for the Tech game.
Wife took our daughter to swim practice and they will then go to a Halloween party after swim, so will just be me until well into the evening.

My wife went to a meeting at church while I took the two oldest granddaughters to the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley where they have a giant (wooden) bug display, for example, a 12 foot high praying mantis. Then we meet up with my wife for some Mission BBQ. She has taken them shopping while I came home to set up the TV for the game. First time trying YouTubeTV for the game; I had been depending on Hulu but we all know what has happened there.

Sitting in the basement listening to Burnop and Laze. The bar is in reach so there will be some bourbon consumed. Bailing on the trick or treaters this year.

35 points later, it appears that our defense stripped that top gear. Nevertheless, we won thanks to HH pulling a 180 with his record setting game. Go Hokies!

Lake Anna with family. Probably won't be able to watch the game
But in these days and times, you have a perfect excuse for skipping such things. "Sorry all, I have the sniffles and in an abundance of caution..."
headed into the wilderness for the evening to photograph a lake before it freezes. hope to return to some good news on the football front. Go Hokies!

At the lake house, putting together a trundle bunk bed, my hand hurts from the allen wrench, my drill is charging, so TKP time!
Probably get some take out for dinner.
EDIT: fixed autocorrect.
I would really like to have a lake house. Canoe, kayak, paddleboard ... Want to be on Lake Front Bargain Hunt one day.

Anyone else notice that we're playing this "once in a blue moon" game on a literal blue moon?
PSA:
From a friend of mine close to the L'ville program: 9 players out with COVID today. Of the 9, 4 are starters... Also, of the 9, 6 are on the DL.

My wife is watching "Witches" relegated to the basement.
Will watch the first half then get ready for trick or treating.
This D is in an entirely different gear than they have been in all year so far.
