Think some of it depends on the early enrollments especially on if the Fork Union guys are able to make it. So far I believe there's McKenzie, Mihota, Ford, and Williams confirmed for early enrollment then there's possibility of Jefferson, Fischer, and DJ Reid hopefully coming in the sprint. So with 26 commits right now thats either 22 or 19 that we currently have counting against the 25 max without taken into account some recruits that might not qualify.
Kevin Bronson does look like a good player and that area of Florida has been really good to VT. I'd hope VT would get him. Having an offer to UF says it all IMO that he's an underrated prospect as a 3 star.

Reid, Fisher and Jefferson might all count towards the 2013 class too, which would help. The early enrollees, however, would still count towards this year's class I'm pretty sure.

It depends on what our final number was last year. If it was only 19, we could have 6 early enrollees count towards 13. If it was 24, we could only use 1.

It looks like they had 15 guys from the 2013 class enroll last year. I don't think there were any 2012 commits that counted against 2013 due to grayshirting but I'm not entirely sure.

They've had a lot of attrition already. When I last counted they were at 62 scholarship athletes when you subtract the seniors, and there will likely be some redshirt juniors who have degrees and decide not to come back. When you consider that every school usually loses 3-5 guys in the offseason due to grades, injury or arrest it doesn't look like there will be that much more roster pruning. Right now with 26 commits that puts them at 88 scholarship athletes. They'll lose 3 kids without trying. If they land Nnadi, Keihn and Minor it could be an issue.

We haven't technically offered him yet, but judging by the fact that FL and USCe both have offered I would guess we will be offering him.
I feel like if he actually had a commitable offer he'd already would have committed to one of those schools
Yeah, I saw that around lunchtime, thought about writing a post as well!
Delray Beach!
If Keihn, Minor, and Nnadi commit, I doubt this guy ever gets an offer though.

From ESPN (And I was about to post something completely contrary to this before I actually looked it up and deleted it all):
So this might apply to all of our January enrollees, but I'm not sure. At the very least, the new 4 guys can be counted towards last year's class.

Both good points. I'll admit I'm not an expert when it comes to this stuff.

Visits at the same time Nnadi does, interesting.
Interesting how we are his only listed "official". More Florida pipeline? Amazing how it keeps producing!
You should offer my grandson, or else

I also think this class size has something to do with sizable attrition for the football program in the near future...

There is always decommitts too, these kids are never 100% until they sign on the dotted line
i know all signed last year and tech usually retains its verbals any one have any #s on this?
I can remember Jawand Blue for one. Didn't Melvin Aleze verbal as well before going to Maryland to self destruct?
2 names that r new to me... no regrets there... decommits dont neccessarily reflect poorly on a program ... can happen for any number of reasons
