Love this slow tempo and snapping the ball with basically no time on the play clock. Gives them no time to adjust to anything. Best thing we can hope for in this game is a boring low scoring game

So I spent the day working on my holiday baking. I hope my offering of peanut butter balls, chocolate peanut butter Ritz, Butterfinger bites, and chocolate peppermint espresso cookies (plus my offering of white chocolate Ritz and pretzels yesterday) pleased the football gods. I will also be making an offering of red velvet cookies, white velvet cookies, cake batter cookies, and snickerdoodles in the coming days.

Pecan tassies! My mother always made these, They go by various names, but they're basically tiny pecan pies baked in a mini-muffin pan. Southern Living has a version in the December issue that calls for using a chocolate crust (yum!) - thinking of trying it myself!

I think his value as a leader and "toughness" guy has been a huge plus for this group. He certainly plays to the echo of the whistle, but you need a little bit of that nastiness for OL.

When you don't have a true passing game, there's not much you can do on 3rd and 20+. Not defending the play calling....it's just frustrating that we don't have a passing attack that we trust.

Well...the little swing pass. Not the slow developing weird reverse thingy. I'd love to see he and KH lined up in the backfield fake a toss sweep to KH on one side and drag Blackshear across the middle. Best case he is wide open as everyone flows to KH. Worse case a LB covers him (and I like that match up)

"hitting the hole with authority" doesn't seem like something that should need game reps against Clemson to get up to speed with. We have 1.5 games left and two better running backs.

Liked when we ran a play, ran 30 seconds off the clock and ran a play with :09 left.
Use your damn TOs. You don't get them in the second half. If we had saved that :30 we would have 2-3 plays to get that 6" Blackshear was short on the last play.

There is plenty of time. We need to stick with the game plan. Instead we try to get 14 points on one throw (twice) and punt. Keep the methodical run/pass mix. Give your D a break and not put them back on the field after 2 minutes.
