Good for him, hope he helps Duke beat loluva and UNCheat annually.

He gets to work with a well-respected head coach (at least to the schools he didn't do a fake punt play on when winning by 30 points).

IMHO, David Cutcliffe one of the coaches in the country, good guy to learn from.

Yup, of all the coaches in the country, Cutcliffe is one of them

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

He played at Brown, good future ahead of him. When we hired that Marshall guy, I assumed Sparber was gone.

Any details on what his role at Duke will be - assistant coach or support staff?

edit: per his LinkedIn he's now the Assistant Linebackers Coach at Duke, sounds like an on-field position.

He was a Grad Assistant at VT, so it's not surprising to see him moving on after 3 years, especially to become a position coach. GA positions are transient by their nature.
