Always have been. It's just that club baseball is somewhere in between intramural sports and NCAA sanctioned sports. I remember at one point around 2007ish there was a CT article about how our NCAA baseball team sucked so bad, but yet our club baseball team had lost like 1 game and was in the championship series. And it was made up of players who didn't get picked during walk-on tryouts.

Someone mentioned that we could have gotten a national team championship in SOME team sport somewhere along the line; this is what I see. JMU in SB, VA in BB, DALLAS BAP. U into the super regionals of BB! WTH? I have been thinking that the destination is the problem. Not all coaching and recruiting can be that bad.
