The bad part about this is when someone is hired as the Director of something, you see their picture and they look like they are maybe ... maybe .. half your age. Man I feel old. Probably doesn't help that I hurt my back the other day either.
Largely because titles don't always mean a lot to the scope of responsibilities depending on the company (not implying for this specifically).
I think you're onto something. Her LinkedIn says Social Media Coordinator and since she graduated in 2021 and this is her first "non-intern" job, I'd say that title is a better reflection of her duties and responsibilities. FYI - I'm not knocking Alexis. I hope she does an amazing job and runs Pete out of a job.

Unfortunately, the states don't seem all that concerned about policing their rules. No one can legally call themselves an architect (in most states) without having an actual architecture license.
