This should be the most interesting spring game in a long time...
I blame last year's Maroon-White game being changed to the Orange-White game (and pulling out the orange unis) last minute for any of this past season's disappointments. I hereby call for the #ALLMAROONEVERYTHING-#ALLMAROONEVERYTHING game. Sure it might be just a tad confusing, but I think that should fix the curse.

If we don't wear #AME on our Thursday night (and preferably all season, give and take I guess) we riot.
They teased us last year and were almost not forgiven.
Shouldn't be too confusing. We'll have the D wear maroon jerseys with maroon pants, maroon helmet and black cleats. The O will wear maroon pants with maroon jersey, maroon helmets and black cleats, BUT they will have white laces.

Is that a bye week in the middle of the OOC schedule? Do we count Western Michigan as a trap game now?
Dates are still somewhat fluid, and even if the four OOC game days remain the same we'll almost certainly have an ACC game, not a bye week.
My wife is a WMU alum and if the schedule holds, I plan on using the full bye week to get on every one of her last nerves about the game. My ultimate coup will be when I get her to wear her VT stuff while we watch the beat down unfold.
Ugh going through this schedule makes me progressively sicker.

We play nearly every single BCS OOC opponent on the road first (Ohio State, Purdue, Notre Dame, Wisconsin, Michigan, West Virginia)? Seriously.
Wait... we don't get a return game from Purdue for EIGHT years? Jeez.
We don't have a home game against Notre Dame, Louisville, or Florida State on the schedule for the next nine years? Great.
And we start to alternate home and away games with ODU?!
That ODU series will hopefully open floodgates of recruits from the 757.
Season tickets will decrease.

By the rules of the ACC, Notre Dame is supposed to be here at least once every 6 years, same as we go there.
I thought Notre Dame was only in Blacksburg only during a presedential election year when the first snow occurs on a Tuesday prior to Columbus Day in Blacksburg....

When will there be an organization of a Key Play tailgate? Some of you know each other, but some of us (especially disconnected way down in the dirty-dirty) would like to get the face with the name, do rigorous calisthenics, share and imbibe in adult beverages and charred animals. Should a thread be/will be created for such?
