Did anyone actually see him going? I don't think he was projected in the high rounds of the draft. Right? But anyways that's fantastic that he's back.
I don't know how realistic of a risk it was, but any time I hear our team could take any kind of hit (player leaving, Bud leaving, etc.) it worries me at least a little. Very happy to see him back and toting the Lunch Pail!
Draft Insider had predicted him along with James Gayle, Kyle Fuller, and Antone Exum to go in the 2nd-3rd rounds at the beginning of the season, but I assume he may have fallen to a 3rd-5th round pick.

Other CFL blogs had him rated high as well. Glad he's staying. Helps our defensive front immensely. He is a BEAST!
The problem is with the people in these kid's ears. Remember Jimmy Williams? Draft board had him 3rd round at best. I remember him saying that he'd heard from other people he was a first day pick. He really could have benefited from one more year.
Jimmy was taken in the 2nd round...
I lived through Shyrone Stith. I always believe they will leave until they don't.
