After the success Hooker has had and to a certain extent QP, how in the world this staff thought BB was the best option is beyond me. I'm going to have a hard time stomaching things if we go out and lay another egg on offense tonight.

No blue chip QB recruit will ever play at VT under Cornfu, and likely no WR or TE either since underutilized. QP tearing it up at NDSU too.

I'm not convinced that Hooker would have been better than BB if he had stayed with our staff though. I've been on the fence about CornFu but to me Hooker's quick improvement at Tennessee just proves that our lack of qb performance is related to the inability of this staff to develop and teach them, and not a result of the players not being capable.

Not only is Fuente not the QB whisperer he was billed as, he has actively made every QB who has played for him regress over time. He has the opposite of a Midas touch.

This is a huge indictment of CornFu. They either ran off the more talented QB, couldn't develop QB talent, or couldn't put enough talent around a QB in year 5/6 for a good QB to succeed.

It's not just ACC games, the entire Watch ESPN app is terrible with this. They need to figure out a way to allow you to tune into a stream before the games start because they consistently screw up the starts of games this way. Every other live streaming platform figured out a way around this, ESPN is the only one who locks you out until the game begins.

Exactly, the worst call. The roll out, especially at the goal line is the worst possible playcall. You make the defense only have to defend half the field, no chance of a good scramble, rarely ever works.

That Bama-A&M game was wild. Gritty performance by A&M at the end but Bama did it to themselves with some crucial drops as well. Both of their TE's had huge drops, the TD earlier that led to a field goal, and on their last drive 19 dropped one that hit him in the chest with both arms under the ball.
