Not sure how long it has been out there, but today is the first time I can recall seeing CJF's coke zero commercial. Is it me or does it look like he is badly reading the teleprompter for the entire commercial?
Has he done any other commercials and have they been better?

Have you seen Mack Frown's commercial? He doesn't even look at the camera, just straight reading off the teleprompter.
Not sure about the commercial with Fuente. But wouldn't Cornelsen be a better spokesman for a product like Coke Zero?
"Hi! I'm Brad! Sugar has no business being in my Coke; much like I have no business being in Blacksburg, Virginia."
- Corn
Its a little harsh, maybe sugar has no room in my coke just like Red Zone Touch Downs have no room in my playbook
The best coke has no Corn, Sugar.
Damn man, that was good!
Or maybe Offense Zero
I tried to find it but cannot find a link
Haven't seen the Fuente one but I've seen the Dave Doeren one and it's terrible. A part of me wonders if the directors just intentionally make the coaches look stupid. I have a hard time believing that they're really THAT bad
Haven't seen it, but commercials are probably a bit hard to do for some people if they haven't done one before.
It looks so easy to "act natural", but that seems like the last thing a college football coach can do on a commercial.
Couldn't find a link to it and sure haven't seen it, haven't deleted yesterday's game recording was it in that, but makes me think could Fuente's coke ad knock 4 billion off coke's value like Ronaldo did - more likely watching a Fuente coke ad would make Va Tech fans do a Ronaldo to coke products.......
Haven't seen this particular commercial but it sounds like par for the course for coach commercials. They probably do one take, reading off the prompt, and it fulfills some contractual obligation. Beamer had a few commercials that were pretty awkward for the same reason.
Beams could at least come off as folksy at times.
Neither holds a candle to Bud in the good-on-TV department.
Hopefully it's a giant marketing ploy...coaches have no personality, Coke Zero has no sugar.
Living in Mississippi I've seen Both of Lane Kiffins. And his is the same. Obviously reading the teleprompter. And he definitely can not be accused of not having a personality.
I think because I'm in the triangle I see the NCSU version. It's very awkward.
Living in SC, I got the Dabo version last night during the OSU/PSU game. Definitely feels like a one cut reading from a teleprompter thing.
