Not trying to cause an uproar or anything but Bruce Smith was on Sportscenter today and mentioned Kam Chancellor as a "fellow Vah Tech guy"

I know we all can't stand it when ESPN drops "Vah Tech" in promoting or broadcasting our beloved school but I was a little surprised by this.

I'm willing to brush it off like it never happened because he's one of the greatest

Buddy, I wouldn't sweat the small stuff. Anytime you have a HOF alum congratulating a Pro Bowl-Super Bowl bound alum, it's great PR for our program. Call us The university of Virginia Tech...call us the dirty birds...call us Team candy corn for crying out loud, who cares. VT is getting national exposure...for the good!

Sorry, a Marshmallow can be placed on a stick, roasted over a fire until it ignites into flames and then smushed between a couple of graham crackers with a Hershey's chocolate bar creating one of the most stickey and wonderful creations known to mankind. And it goes well with Beer and a campfire. Marshmallow > Candy Corn without a doubt!

Candy Corn is the one candy left after Halloween.

Bruce Smith, Cody Grimm, Tyrod, Kam, and B. Randall, etc. are allowed to use "Vah Tech".
All others who use it get "Sam Rogered".

I'm with you. Michael Vick used to say Vah Tech on those player introduction clips during Monday Night Football. Apparently some of our best players like to say it and I have no problem with it.

Back in those days prior to Bruce Smith, we Hokie students were usually so inebriated we couldn't pronounce Vah Tech, so it's something I don't (can't) really recall hearing. We did endure one season ('78 perhaps) where the vendor coudn't spell and put "Hoakies" on our cups.
