Not sure how they do this math, but...

Probably in a computer program

Well, that certainly explains it.

That is actually pretty dang awesome. Way to go Whit!

When Drive for 25 was announced in December of 2016 we had 10,609 donors. Now we have 25,000. That's roughly 3k new donors/year. Pretty impressive.

Whit FTW! We give him stick about the presser last year, but this puts a hell of a band aid on that wound for me.

Now let's get to focusing on total funds donated and catch Clemson in thatbrace

Sometimes we live no particular way but our own

This is an awesome milestone, but they need to focus now on increasing donations. 15,000 new HC members at $50 is only $750k/yr. Not an insignificant amount, but not a game changer either.

I suppose the hope is that they continue year after year, in pursuit of loyalty points.

You can certainly fundraise better with double the membership, and not everyone joins/stays at the minimal level.

I didn't know there was a $50 level. Is that just for students? If so, I'm glad they're on board. Hopefully for the long term.

I thought I read you were counted if you gave as little as $25, but that is not a level that qualifies for buying season tickets.

You sure about that? I'm pretty sure you could have bought seats at the $25 Hokie club level. Two years ago didn't require any donation. Of course, that depends on what seats you want. I paid more last year, but that was for better seats.

Not sure at all, that's why I started with I thought I read somewhere.

I went with $50 as an average between those who went with the $25 bare minimum and those who went higher.

Excellent, first step is getting people in. Then you work on donation levels

Plan for the worst and hope for the best, not the other way around.
