This is coming from a non-vt basketball watcher in recent years. But watching this game I'm struck with the same feeling I had in 2010: VT BBall = controlled chaos.
I get that it's really more of a talent level vs. effort but in my defense I grew up in landing mi and adore Izzo roundball. The effort is still there but I don't think I move ever seen so many crazy loose ball scenarios. It's nerve wracking, but I like it.

I gotta admit as much as ive hated a lot of things hes done, he seemed to be giving our players and coaches real props after the game....especially Storm.
As much as I love to hate on Coach K, he knows when he's been bested and I think on some level he truly respects when his team just gets outplayed. That was masterful basketball from our guys tonight. Put on a clinic, especially on defense.
It's not like that game was close. Coach K had plenty of time to accept it and compose himself.
Was nice of him to spend some time with Murphy. That's something he'll never forget.
