Can one of you talented people put together a graphic for me to pass around to all the alumni and Hokie Clubs in the state of Florida. We have the on fire softball team coming to Orlando to play UCF in three games and we want a huge turnout to support this top 5 team against a ranked UCF. Looking for a picture of the team overlayed with the dates and times of the games. Anyone give me a hand? Tried reaching out to Hokie Vision, Hokie Club, Hokie alumni and the softball themselves but never got responses.

If you want to put something together yourself, Canva is pretty simple to use and works in your browser. Pretty quick to learn and simple things like adding text to images is easy and fast.

I'd love to help but I'm not sure how you would navigate the copyright and licensing issues if it's not being done thru an official VT design department.
Can confirm that you would get top notch work if you can sort out the copyright issues.

Yeah don't take this as legal advice but for something like this its incredibly unlikely that anyone is going to care enough to pursue any action as long as the person that's doing it isn't making any money and its not used to generate revenue.
All that being said. Sounds like something easy to do on Canva and print out yourself and then you really avoid any real risk involving someone else.
I think it would indirectly create revenue for VT sports.
Random thoughts that arent legal advice: When it comes to copyright, unless youre making bank or a competitor, you can pretty much expect at most a cease and desist and more likely nothing.
The news stories of Disney suing the PTA of some elementary school for showing The Lion King was terrible PR and nobody wants to enter that mess.
As someone who has tried to get use of VT brands for local alumni use purposes, give up. Not even a logi, but just the use of the word Hokies. Find a local shop who doesn't care and make your own design. Ask for forgiveness if the Uni gripes.
