Good luck to him. Hope he finds success outside of football, thank you for your contributions to Hokie Nation TJ!

In Sam Rogers we trust.

Thanks for your dedication and hard work for the football team, TJ. That makes you one hell of a Hokie in my book.

Joffrey, Cersei, Ilyn Payne, the Hound, Jeff Jagodzinski, Paul Johnson, Pat Narduzzi.

and the attrition begins....

Thanks to a hard working Hokie

He wasn't on scholarship was he?

Wiley, Brown, Russell, Drakeford, Gray, Banks, Prioleau, Charleton, Midget, Bird, McCadam, Pile, Hall, Green, Fuller, Williams, Hamilton, Rouse, Flowers, Harris, Chancellor, Carmichael, Hosley, Fuller, Exum, Jarrett

HokieSports has him only playing 3 plays vs WCU this year. Redshirted and then spent most of r-Fr year on scout team nursing a wrist injury. No indication of scholarship or not but I'm guessing probably not.

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

No scholie - he was a walkon.

Good luck, TJ - wish you well for the future.

Derp. You are correct.

let's just call it foreshadowing for the coming attrition then.

Hate to have him go. Good luck in whatever he pursues in the future!

A decade on TKP and it's been time well spent.

haha ohhhhh tj I hope he enjoyed it, nice guy he was my neighbor freshman year

Taylor, looking desperately throws it deep..HAS A MAN OPEN DANNY COALE WITH A CATCH ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FIVE!!!!....hes still open

Also, he served as the scout O QB for GT week and did a hell of a job. Giving the defense such a good look is one of the reasons VT has performed so well against Paul Johnson's offenses recently.

Five star get after it 100 percent Juice Key-Playing. MAN

This can't be overstated. One of the little things that definitely had a big impact.

Can we bring him in for 1 week of practice next year to prep for GT?

Sad to see a Hokie walk away, but thanks to TJ for being a proud member of the VT football team and best wishes.

"Exit light..."

Everyone has their place in Hokie lore. As does TJ. The benefits he provided to the team will not be forgotten (GT comment above is one). He is moving on in life, as we all do. His place and his future reside in another place - he's going to find that place. We all go through that search when we are in college. God-speed to him. TJ you are always a member of the Hokie Nation! Thanks!
