Hokiesports videos do that sometimes where the thumbnail changes to a broken video image after they first upload it. I don't think you did anything wrong at all.
While I as others still have concerns, the the three words I hear several times that were all too rare in the last 6 years were "That's on me". Taking responsibility is the first and most basic leadership skill. Now we see in the final weeks and offseason if the actions go along with the words.

That was my reaction both in the moment and when I read this. But listening to the full answer, I'm not as upset. He said that he called time out because they showed a look that was really bad for what we had called. I imagine that limits our options. Hindsight is 2020, but Delane has been our best corner. All he had to do was play inside leverage. Should've been as simple as saying those 2 words or "don't let him inside." I still don't like the 3 man rush, but I appreciate his candor and taking responsibility. Fu would have never.
I interpreted this also as Pry taking ownership and not blaming the player. Management 101 - accountability starts at the top.

Thanks for putting this thread together each week.
In previous seasons I would lurk other sites (forgive me TKP for I have sinned) for tidbits from these conferences. I felt with the new head whistle and the thoughtful responses we've gotten this season they have been worth sharing. I'm glad others agree.
The athletic dept and social media folks also made it a lot easier this year. I plan to keep them going during the off-season and into next year as long as they continue to be valuable for everyone here and don't become primarily coach speak.
yes, absolutely this thread is worthwhile. previously the bitter tweets would just art creeping their way into other threads to contextualize this or explain that, etc. this is a really nice synopsis for all of us

Eh, I don't think I have the writing/editing chops to touch anything the staff contributes to TKP. Reposting and summarizing (sometimes incorrectly) a presser once a week pales in comparison to the quality articles we have gotten from the staff last few years with this season being remarkable IMO.
So we're going for the tank and the number 1 pick? Can't wait til draft night!
